We are looking for an Administrator - L3 to work with us in Bengaluru, IN. The job involves working with ServiceNow Development, ITSM module, and Custom App Development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM module, ITSM module, and proficient in Client scripts, Business rules, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer / Workflow / Scripted Flows, Service Catalog & Request Management, CMDB & Discovery integration. The role requires self-driven and with ownership mindset.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Skills: Servicenow-Development. Experience: 3-5 Years.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM module.
  • ITSM module (RITM, workflows), service portal experience preferred.
