Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with HR Systems such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, etc.
• Fluency across the MS Office product suite with excellent excel skills
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with handling large sets of data and extracting insights from it
• Strong planning and organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to foster collaborative working relationships at all levels internally and with external partners
• Excellent problem-solving and advisory skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
