Advisory Presales Solution Consultant, Field Service Management (FSM)

ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Presales Solution Consultant to develop and deliver product-specific solutions in the Field Service Management (FSM) software market. This role requires strong sales skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate value to both business and technical decision-makers. The consultant will support the sales effort, develop campaign ideas, provide product demonstrations, and contribute to the quality and efficiency of the sales process. They will be the product expert that conveys value to address customers’ business issues.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Field Service Management (FSM).
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
• Experience working on complex deals with Enterprise customers.
• Fluency in English and German essential.
