Requirements

- Deep experience in solution sales within CRM/Customer Engagement/Customer Service Management.
- Understanding of CRM, CX or CSM solutions.
- 6+ years of sales experience in complex software/platform solutions.
- Industry knowledge of the Manufacturing vertical.
- Ability to produce new business and negotiate deals.
