ServiceNow is seeking a CRM Advisory Solution Consultant to lead the creation and evolution of a Best Practice Proof of Concept Program centered on CRM and AI capabilities. This hands-on role will involve collaborating with colleagues to design, iterate, and improve a showcase program highlighting innovation and problem-solving in CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a passion for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technical leadership
  • Proven expertise in the ServiceNow platform, especially CRM Workflow
  • Strong background in CRM architecture, integrations, and scalable solution design
  • Demonstrated success in leading the creation of prototypes, proof-of-concepts, or innovation labs
  • Experience with integration patterns and tools (REST APIs, ETL, data virtualization)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
