As an Advisory Solution Consultant - Customer Workflows, you will develop and provide industry-specific solutions during sales cycles, lead discovery workshops, and guide strategic programs in top accounts. You will also provide feedback to product management and share best practices with other Solution Consultants.
Requirements
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Applications with an emphasis on Customer Experience / Customer Service
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with other enterprise cloud software solutions
