The Specialist Solution Consultant is a technical & business consultant within our Customer Workflow unit with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide industry and product specific solutions during sales cycles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Applications with an emphasis on Customer Experience / Customer Service
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with other enterprise cloud software solutions
