ServiceNow is seeking a driven Pre-Sales Security Solution Consultant to provide expert leadership and support to customers during the sales engagement process. The role focuses on building customer relationships, identifying business outcomes, and driving product awareness. This is a hands-on technical consultant responsible for solution delivery and solution positioning on ServiceNow Security Operations.
Requirements
- Strong pre-sales experience
- Understanding of the sales process
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training
- 7+ years of experience in Security Operations or relevant field
- Knowledge of SIEM, IDS /IPS, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and NIST 800-61, ISO27035, SANS, and STIX/TAXII
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-directed and independent
