Agent Helpdesk IT H/F en alternance

LOXAM is seeking an Information Systems Department Intern (Alternant) to join their Helpdesk team in Puteaux, France. The intern will be responsible for incident resolution, data entry, and monitoring applications, providing support to users through guidance and technical monitoring. The intern will work under the supervision of a Helpdesk Manager, learning to handle different systems and assisting with operational procedures.
