NEORIS is a Digital Accelerator looking for a Monitoring Agent to join their multicultural team. The role involves monitoring systems, identifying incidents, and escalating issues to ensure operational continuity. The company has been operating for 20 years and supports over 4,000 professionals across 11 countries.

Requirements

• Level 1 Monitoring Consultant with systems engineering, informatics, or a related field.
• Recently graduated with basic knowledge in operating and monitoring of enterprise applications, especially in SAP environments.
• Ability to identify alerts, escalate incidents, and register follow-ups using tools such as Nagios, ZABBIX and ServiceNow.
• General knowledge of SAP platforms and Application Monitoring.
• Basic use of Nagios, ZABBIX for monitoring of services, infrastructure and availability.
• Basic use of ServiceNow ticket tool: creation, tracking and closing of incidents.
• Ability to detect critical events, generate alerts and escalate to higher levels according to established procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows Server systems.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (particularly Incident Management).
• Good analytical, documentation and effective communication skills with technical teams and support.
