This SAP Service Manager role is responsible for ensuring compliance with SLAs with customers, acting as a central point of contact, handling critical incidents, and coordinating service improvements. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SAP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Administration, Engineering in Information Systems, Industrial or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT service management or similar positions.
  • Knowledge in ITSM and tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira or others.
  • Desirable ITIL certification (Foundation or superior).
  • Experience in handling SLAs/OLAs and managing service contracts.
  • Leadership skills, assertive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English (desirable, according to clients).

Requirements Summary
