Join Mizuho as the AI, Analytics & RPA Support SRE Lead! This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNOW for IT service management.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including deployment, management, and optimization.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Site Reliability Engineering practices, including automation, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
