ServiceNow is seeking an AI Architect, CSM to partner with platform and product teams to deliver a transformational AI implementation and adoption experience for ServiceNow’s customers. This role focuses on designing, productizing, and piloting AI-first solutions, driving efficiency, and improving user experience. The company is a leading provider of innovative cloud-based AI solutions for Fortune 500 organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of solution architecture experience.
- Deep ML/LLM patterns.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a technology advisory or implementation role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
