AI Architect, ITSM

ServiceNow is seeking an AI Architect to partner with the Platform and Product Business Units on a transformational AI-first implementation. The role focuses on designing, productizing, and piloting AI-first solution architectures, establishing standard setups and driving customer adoption. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams and impact delivery, focusing on reducing time-to-first-use and improving renewal outcomes. This position is for a Sales/Business Development position due to the company's Fortune 500 status.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solution architecture experience
• Deep ML/LLM patterns
• Prior experience developing AI use cases (Generative, Agentic, Predictive)
• Proven track record of driving business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
