AI Engineer -Sr Solution Consultant

As a Senior Solution Consultant for AI Engineers, you will play a critical role in shaping how customers experience AI on the Now Platform. You will design and deliver proofs-of-concept, accelerators, and demo solutions that showcase the power of AI and automation on the Now Platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting, technical consulting, or software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with the ServiceNow Platform, especially App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Now Assist.
• Proven ability to design and build data-driven workflows, integrations, or automation prototypes.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow low-code and scripted development.
• Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt design, and API integration (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex).
