Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a Senior ServiceNow IRM Service Associate to assist with the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow IRM modules. The role involves ensuring compliance, regulatory support, security assessments, and participating in user training. The position is on-site and supports a large, global Software Development Center.
Requirements
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow IRM modules (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management).
- Support creation of forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards within the IRM suite.
- Consultancy and support toward unit testing, user training, and documentation preparation.
- Compliance assessments and security controls with respect to Bosch/Industry regulations.
- Gap analyses for security policies, controls, and procedures.
- Provide guidance on security best practices, including penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3-6 years of ServiceNow IRM experience, especially with IT Risk, Compliance or Governance frameworks. Understanding of IT risk and security frameworks
