ServiceNow is seeking a Director - AMS Strategic Engagements to drive long-term revenue growth and profitability through larger and more strategic transactions. This role will be the in-region deal expert, responsible for end-to-end deal strategy and negotiations for core ServiceNow business units. The Director will collaborate with regional sales teams and execute a programmatic approach to close complex deals successfully.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • 9+ years of experience in the software industry.
  • 5+ years of consultative direct sales experience into Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience within a large organization
  • International work experience
