ServiceNow is seeking a Director of AMS Strategic Engagements to drive long-term revenue growth through larger and more strategic transactions. This role will focus on strategic deal execution, contract negotiation, and building relationships with customers and cross-functional teams. It's a key position within the Americas business, responsible for championing programmatic execution across sales organizations.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in the software industry
  • 5+ years of consultative direct sales experience into Enterprise accounts
  • Experience in Large Deal or Corporate Strategy/Business Development
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
