ServiceNow is seeking Enterprise Architects to join their Team. This role focuses on building trust and credibility with technical leaders by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions. The Architect will translate ServiceNow's vision of a single platform into actionable plans, engage with customers, and contribute to strategic initiatives. They will act as technical leaders, ensuring customers realize the value of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- 15 or more years of proven success in influencing senior technology leaders
- Experience with AI integration
- Passion for building relationships and driving simplification of concepts
- Strong problem-solving and prior experience with Human Centered Design
- Expertise in Cloud Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN, TMForum etc.)
