Manager, IT Platforms & Applications Engineering

Sephora is seeking a hands-on Technical Leader to manage IT Platforms & Applications Engineering, focusing on creating scalable, secure, and reliable IT Services platforms. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for building innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will own the full stack and lead a global engineering team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering and/or architecture experience
• 5+ years of platform ownership (ServiceNow/JIRA/Confluence)
• 5+ years of Level 3+ production support & incident/problem management (ITIL)
• 3+ years of people management of engineering teams
• 3+ years of agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and multi-squad coordination
• 3+ years of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• 3+ years of experience with API management and Microservices
