Requirements
- Monitor the data orchestration environment (Apache Airflow), ensuring that pipelines are operating correctly.
- Collaborate on support in a mission-critical environment, focusing on availability and reliability.
- Support in treating low and medium complexity incidents, with collaborative action in critical incidents.
- Follow the execution of DAGs and automated tasks, using observability and log analysis tools.
- Participate in the operational routine of the Operations Center (EGOC-BR), focusing on resilience and data continuity.
- Collaborate in the war room for the solution of critical incidents in the IT environment, escalate and communicate the incident status to the IT and business areas;
- Focus on crisis resolution, collecting opportunities for process improvement and preparing a chronology of actions during the incident life cycle;
- Follow up on meetings and execute changes in the IT environment;
- Management and prioritization of incident backlog, requests, and problems.
