GFT is seeking a 1st Level Monitoring Analyst with a collaborative profile and fluency in English. This role involves monitoring systems, executing procedures, identifying incidents, and ensuring service stability and efficiency. The position is remote with a focus on automation and quality.
Requirements
- Monitor systems and services using tools like DataDog (or similar)
- Execute procedures according to documented runbooks
- Record and update calls through platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira or equivalents
- Identify and escalate incidents without predefined procedures
- Perform basic checks in Microsoft Azure, SQL Server and CosmosDB (or other NoSQL databases)
- Utilize Git for basic versioning
- Follow up on scheduled tasks via Control-M or equivalent
- Ensure compliance with established SLA responses and escalations

Requirements Summary
