The role involves diagnosing and resolving issues with workstations, software, and hardware, as well as managing IT assets and supporting customer interaction. Requirements
- Call center via ServiceNow or in-person
- Diagnosis and resolution of problems in workstations, software, and hardware
- Support to the Office, corporate email, printers, networks, and access
- Installation and configuration of operating systems and applications
- Creation and maintenance of users in internal systems (AD, email, etc.)
- Escalation of calls to higher levels when necessary
- Registration and documentation of performed activities
- Support in the maintenance of IT inventory and asset control
