Requirements
- ServiceNow calls or in-person
- Diagnosis and problem solving in work stations, software and hardware
- Support for the Office, corporate email, printers, networks and access
- Installation and configuration of operating systems and applications
- Creation and maintenance of user accounts in internal systems (AD, email, etc.)
- Escalating calls to higher levels when necessary
- Recording and documentation of performed service
- Support in maintaining the IT inventory and asset control
