Requirements

• ServiceNow calls or in-person
• Diagnosis and problem solving in work stations, software and hardware
• Support for the Office, corporate email, printers, networks and access
• Installation and configuration of operating systems and applications
• Creation and maintenance of user accounts in internal systems (AD, email, etc.)
• Escalating calls to higher levels when necessary
• Recording and documentation of performed service
• Support in maintaining the IT inventory and asset control
