Analista de Soporte de aplicaciones Junior

NEORIS is a digital accelerator helping companies enter the future with 20 years of experience. They are seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst to work on projects related to the agro-industry. The role involves responding to user incidents, analyzing applications, collaborating in testing, and improving processes.

Requirements

• Student or graduate of a School of Systems, Information Technology, Administration or related fields.
• Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in functional application or user support positions (exclusively).
• Basic knowledge of databases (e.g. simple SQL queries) and business processes related to systems management.
• Intermediate English level (oral and written) for interaction with users and documentation.
• Basic experience with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
• Good communication, user orientation and teamwork skills.
• Proactivity to anticipate problems and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Empathy and customer orientation, providing solutions with quality and proximity.
• Reside in CABA or surrounding area to attend the office of the client located in Puerto Madero, twice a week.
