We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Now Analyst - Junior to join our team. As a Service Now Analyst - Junior, you will be responsible for managing tickets, solving problems in the ServiceNow system, and implementing improvements and optimizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Analysis and Development of Systems
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Package
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in English
- Knowledge in Service Now platform
- Knowledge in programming languages and scripts such as Angular, JavaScript, Java
