We are looking for a Service Now Analyst - Mid / Senior to join our team in São Paulo. As an Internal Controls Analyst Junior, you will be part of Allocations and Other Costs and will be responsible for managing tickets, solving problems in the ServiceNow system, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote integration and efficiency in operations.
Requirements
- Graduation in Computer Science and/or Analysis and Development of Systems
- Knowledge of Intermediate/Advanced Office Package
- Knowledge of Intermediate/Advanced English
- Knowledge of the Service Now platform
- Knowledge of programming languages and scripts, such as: Angular, JavaScript, Java
