QinetiQ US is seeking a skilled Analyst to support federal law enforcement agencies in generating business requirements for IT systems. The role involves working with enterprise tools like ServiceNow and Power BI to translate operational needs into technical requirements, and ensuring the effectiveness of I.T. solutions for law enforcement operations. This position focuses on understanding operational needs and ensuring technology supports agency objectives.
Requirements
- Organize, facilitate, and actively attend meetings.
- Conduct meetings to gather and analyze requirements.
- Conduct data analysis using all forms of data and providing recommendations.
- Teach and train team members in support processes and technologies.
- Review and assist in updating governance documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in related field. 2-3 years of experience in IT business analysis/requirements gathering in federal agencies (law enforcement/homeland security). Knowledge of IT service management & enterprise systems (ServiceNow, IT PO)
