As an Analyst - HR Operations, you will resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to core HR processes, maintain data on Location Creation, and manage Global compensation audits and reports. You will work with global employee/HR users, communicate and distribute processes and policies, and assist with data correction and escalation. You will also manage semi-functional issues in Workday and EIB Validations and Mass uploads, and assist with data correction or escalate to SME/Sr. SME.

Requirements

  • Understanding or Knowledge of HR fundamentals, practices, and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a Workday HR environment preferred or similar HR ERP desirable
  • Knowledge of Case Management tool ServiceNow an added advantage
  • Knowledge on MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with good command on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or client services role preferred
