Analyst, Application Engineer

The Analyst, Application Engineer role is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and supporting reliable, robust software applications and services with high-quality standards. The role involves developing and modifying ServiceNow catalogs, workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, and supporting observability platforms such as Splunk, Grafana.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ years of software development experience in JavaScript, Python or Core Java (Spring Framework)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of software delivery
• Ability to work with teams spread across geographies
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Curious and flexible, pay keen attention to detail, use critical thinking and drive innovation
• Continually learn new technologies
• Good experience with Agile development concepts and related tools
• Good experience with Object oriented programming concepts & relational or NoSQL database
