Sr. ServiceNow Architect

F5 is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical design and strategy of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with workflow automation, collaboration with business partners, and the ability to see the big picture while delivering incremental value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 4 years in an architect role.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow integration capabilities (e.g., Integration Hub, REST, SOAP) and experience integrating with enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow development technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in building solutions through ServiceNow AI capabilities like NowAssist
