As an Analyst, Business Support, you will be responsible for supporting the Inbound Transportation team and performing day-to-day tasks and duties relating to the transit of freight. You will work in night shift as required by the business and have opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Graduate in any field.
- 1 – 3 years of work experience in access provisioning, IAM, MIM.
- Knowledge of Incident management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Procure It, Mainframes.
- Exposure to work inflow tools and tools such as CRM experience, MS Office, Zoom, call-center style softphones. Tableau, Alteryx, SQL experience are huge plus, though.
