The Employee Relations (ER) Operations Analyst will manage operational processes and responsibilities across Employee Relations activities, including involuntary employee terminations, ER case management, and group redundancy actions. The role requires an elevated sense of urgency, confidentiality, discretion, expediency, and accuracy.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- BA/BS degree; certifications and course work in specific areas of HR expertise preferred
- Strong working experience with MS Office applications required
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
