Analyst, Global Procurement Operations

Tapestry is a global household of brands (Coach, Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman) seeking a Analyst to drive and own supplier setup, proactively facilitate procurement, and provide support during the Japanese supply chain. The role involves supplier analysis, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and training support for both internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, with a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology (or other related degree programs)
• Proficient in Japanese and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills and results orientation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel user knowledge
• Experience with Global Collaboration and teamwork
