Maintain and ensure effective management of Workday modules such as Core HCM and Talent and Performance. Perform routine audits on data to ensure data quality. Leverage data to better understand end user needs, drive system utilization, and to constantly improve user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a Analyst, IT People Systems-related occupation
- Experience in researching and finding solutions for Workday system configuration errors
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience
- Workday Core HCM experience
- Experience providing system support and troubleshooting
- Case management tools experience, including ServiceNow
