Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• 24 months of experience in Analyst, IT People Systems-related occupation
• Experience in researching and finding solutions for Workday system configuration errors
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Workday Core HCM
• System support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Collecting and documenting functional and system requirements
• Testing Workday system releases and enhancements
• Supporting HR initiatives that impact global teams
• Case management tools including ServiceNow
