As an Analyst, IT People Systems, you will maintain and ensure effective management of Workday modules, plan and test system configurations, and support system maintenance and troubleshooting. You will also provide guidance on how to leverage the system to drive efficiency and optimize system functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a Analyst, IT People Systems-related occupation
- Researching and finding a solution for, or dealing proactively with Workday system configuration errors and resulting impacts to end-users
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Workday Core HCM
- Providing system support including troubleshooting, system maintenance and aiding Level 1 and Level 2 support teams with SLAs
- Collecting and documenting functional and system requirements
- Testing Workday system releases, system configuration bug fixes and system enhancements
- Supporting HR initiatives that impact global teams
- Case management tools including ServiceNow
