The Mobility and Employment Tax Enablement Lead will be a key member of the Payroll & Employment Tax Team, supporting the evolution of Payroll & Employment Tax Ecosystem, implementing new processes to manage employment tax operations across the globe, and collaborating closely with teams across HR.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 1+ years of Global Mobility experience in employment tax, global personal income tax compliance and consulting, global compensation, rewards, mobility consulting in fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HR processes and HR information systems like Workday, ServiceNow, Business Traveler Tracking and Equity Administration systems
