The Analyst, Mobility and Employee Tax will be a key member of the Payroll & Employment Tax Team, supporting the evolution of Payroll & Employment Tax Ecosystem and implementing new processes to manage employment tax operations across the globe.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 1+ years of Global Mobility experience in employment tax, global personal income tax compliance and consulting, global compensation, rewards, mobility consulting in fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HR processes and HR information systems like Workday, ServiceNow, Business Traveler Tracking and Equity Administration systems
- Knowledge and experience working with tax, legal, compensation and immigration issues
- Excellent organization and communication skills with great attention to detail, while focusing on stringent deadlines, managing concurrent high priority initiatives
