Requirements
- Configuring HRSD modules, including case templates and HR workflows
- Designing and maintaining the Employee Center portal
- Creating, editing, and organising HR and workplace-related knowledge articles
- Configuring lifecycle event templates, such as onboarding and offboarding
- Configuring basic Workplace Service Delivery modules, such as desk and room booking systems
- Testing HRSD and WSD workflows
- Resolving basic employee requests within HR and Workplace Service Delivery
- Preparing and updating documentation for HRSD/WSD workflows, processes, and user guides
- Creating basic reports and dashboards for tracking HR metrics and workplace utilisation
- Configuring FSM modules, including task assignments and workforce scheduling
