Nutrien is seeking an Analyst for Retirement to manage their Canadian and US pension plans, ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves providing customer service to employees, maintaining knowledge of pension legislation, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This is a full-time, onsite position reporting to the Benefits Administration Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR
• 5+ years pension plan experience
• Knowledge of Canadian/US pension and savings plans
• Experience with Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer-service orientation
