The Analyst, Software Asset Management, will work closely with various teams to maintain an effective software management program. This includes evaluating and handling multiple license types, supporting software compliance audits, and working with teams to maintain day-to-day records and databases.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Software Asset Management Analyst
- Proficient SAM experience with Flexera and ITSM experience with ServiceNow
- Proven experience and knowledge of Tier 1 software publishers
- Working knowledge of reconciling software licensing and contract language
- IAITAM Certification (e.g., CSAM, CAMP, CITAM)
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification or equivalent process implementation experience
