Analyste, Applications TI

MHIRJ is seeking a full-time TI Applications Analyst to collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, develop solutions that support business objectives, and evaluate impacts on stakeholders. The role involves managing and contributing to the maintenance and administration/development of our business application stack, participating in the delivery of solutions, and supporting stakeholders in developing technical requirements derived from business needs.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of business analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent
• Experience in software systems, digital application analysis, or application support functions
• Mastery of French and English, both written and spoken
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities, great flexibility, and rigorous follow-up
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally at different organizational levels
• User training and communication skills on technologies
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Ticketing systems (e.g., ZenDesk, ServiceNow)
• License life cycle management for the application stack, including PLM engineering solutions (Dassault Systems: Catia/Enovia, Siemens: TeamCenter/NX)
• Light scripting/automation: PowerShell/Graph, JavaScript, batch processing, bash
• Microsoft 365 suite
