Analysts and programmers HOST (Cobol or PL/1)

DXC Technology is seeking Analysts and programmers HOST (Cobol or PL/1) with experience in IT project development, maintenance, and management. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of professional experience and knowledge of planning, development, and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Management of small teams (1, 2 people) and/or management of small projects
• Client liaison
• Minimum experience of 2 years as a programmer in host environments
• Knowledge of planning, development, and testing methodologies of applications
• Knowledge of tools used in the IT services field: Remedy, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow,...
• Knowledge of tools such as: Eclipse, Dedalus (Changeman), RDA (DB2 definition), INSYNC (file and DB2 access manager)
• OnLine knowledge: STO, ADS, Absis TF9
• Batch knowledge: JCL, BMPs, Scheduler
• Interest in Teamwork, Proactivity, Organization; good interpersonal and communication skills
• Work experience in Banking or Financial Sector
