Ensono is seeking an Analytics Lead to transform its managed services provider into a software-first AI-powered company. The role will focus on analyzing ServiceNow data, building dashboards and reports, and translating complex data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a data storyteller, a cross-functional collaborator, and a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow data
