We are seeking a highly motivated HR Service Center Specialist with excellent communication skills, particularly in German, English, and Polish. This role combines customer support and HR administration, offering growth in a multinational environment within a leading international business services organization. The specialist will be responsible for providing HR support to employees, updating data, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

  • Very good command of German (B2/C1)
  • Excellent English and Polish (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or helpdesk roles
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documentation
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach

Requirements Summary
