We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Compliance Associate to join and work from our Sydney CBD office, supporting all ANZ locations. In this role, you will manage and support infrastructure projects, compliance, and delivering both in-person and remote end-user support.
Requirements
- Manage and support infrastructure projects
- Compliance and administrative operations
- Collaborate with global and local third-party vendors
- Proficient in ServiceNow
- Plan, manage, and deliver key IT projects
- Create and maintain IT knowledge base articles
- Support change management processes and perform compliance audits
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and monitoring
- Provide administrative support as required

Requirements Summary
