AP Senior Team Manager

GBSC is seeking a AP Senior Team Manager to lead the European AP function and manage teams responsible for end-to-end accounts payable activities. The role involves overseeing processes, harmonizing with external regulations, identifying local needs, and ensuring smooth deployment and stabilization of new processes. This position offers the chance to expand AP services to the EMEA region and enhance work processes.

Requirements

• Oversee and monitor teams and overall AP processes execution
• Lead the workstream for European markets with up to 10 direct reports
• Integrate countries and services into GBSC
• Prepare the team and end-user for new processes
• Identify and validate local business needs
• Monitor service quality and ensure process adherence
