This role involves providing technical support and maintenance for financial applications, particularly those utilizing SWIFT payment systems. Requirements
- Proven experience with payment processing applications
- Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations
- Proficiency in Postman for API testing and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar service management tools
- Understanding of SWIFT Payment systems
- Prior experience as a Support Agent in AMS (Application Management Services) teams
- Ability to manage and resolve service tickets effectively
