Requirements

- Basic shell scripting skills for automating support tasks and log parsing.
- Familiarity with tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager, Nagios, or custom monitoring dashboards.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to participate in application deployments and document known issues.
