Application Administrator, Senior

The Senior Application Administrator is responsible for first-level support of all assigned applications, serving as a subject matter expert on content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applications. The role requires a university degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of six years of work experience in application support, preferably in an Automotive or Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on support experience on ERP applications, general IT knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• University degree in the field of materials management, management information systems, or business administration
• PMAC, CPP, CPM, would be an asset
• Minimum of six years of work experience in application support, materials management role in an Automotive or Manufacturing industry preferred
• Actual hands-on support experience on any ERP Applications such as IFS, IFS Cloud, etc.
• General IT knowledge and a good understanding of data extraction and reporting tools such as SQL and Crystal Reports are an asset
• Good knowledge of databases
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
