Application Architect

We are looking for an Application Architect to support our client based in Tallahassee, Florida. The role will lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise-level applications and systems, focusing on long-term architecture, software engineering standards, cloud integration, and cross-business system alignment.

Requirements

• Lead application architecture and integration strategy using Python, C/C++, C#, and R
• Build and maintain applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Design and implement secure, scalable cloud-based solutions using Azure and AWS
• Integrate applications with data analytics tools like Power BI, SAS, SPSS, and Tableau
• Manage databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL) and data pipelines
• Implement CI/CD practices using Jenkins, Jira, Git, and ServiceNow
• Ensure compliance and system security using tools like Splunk, Qradar, Nessus, and Wireshark
• Lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Support application lifecycle from requirements gathering to production support
• Document system architecture, updates, and technical artifacts
• Mentor developers and lead code reuse and standardization efforts
