Application Development Lead Analyst

This role provides hands-on software engineering and production support for an enterprise Finance Technology team. The focus is on ensuring the operational stability of our Virtual Trader & Spreadsheet server application suite, enabling Cigna's financial transformation to the cloud using the latest technologies and development techniques within the Oracle cloud infrastructure stack.

Requirements

• Expert in building reports using Oracle Application Express (APEX) tool
• Strong knowledge of Apex Office Printing (AOP) configuration and template development
• Hands-on experience with Insight Software Spreadsheet Server, including report building and administration
• Automate tasks and reports using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) in Excel
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL is crucial
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for custom data extraction and troubleshooting
• Expertise in data models, data flows and data visualizations concepts
• Knowledge about On-premises to Cloud data migration and vice versa
• Expertise in most of the following technologies- Advanced Microsoft Excel, BI, ETL Tools
• Expertise in agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Fusion Applications
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM tools for incident/change management
• Solid understanding of Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion) data structures and reporting requirements
• Knowledge of financial processes such as General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets and Operational Expenses
